This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies only to visitors who live in California. It explains the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), and how to use them.

In the past 12 months, The Overlooked Fact may have collected these categories of personal information from visitors to theoverlookedfact.com:

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, and many browsers support the Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
6. How to Make a Request

We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request, and we will reply within the time the law requires (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you; we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized.
